Arriving at the Agüadilla airport (BQN) is one option. The distance from this airport to Rincón hotels or Airbnb's is about 40 minutes. 

Other option is arrive to the San Juan airport (SJU). The driving time is about 2 hours. You can take a Taxi or an Uber and you will be at Rincón.
